You open a support ticket by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Please make sure to include information about your software version, license and a detailed problem description, preferably with a step-by-step instruction how to reproduce the problem. Complete and correct information will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.

When the hardware platform (and the hostid used for licensing) changes a new license key is needed. In order to receive a new license key a license transfer form needs to be completed, signed and sent to us by e-mail or fax.
