Changes

These are the changes in EMG 8.0.14 as compared to EMG 8.0.13. It also contains all changes in version 7.2.38.

1. The plugin hook before_dlr(), called when a delivery report has been received by EMG, now also gets the status of the message in the dlrinfo.status field. This field can be updated by the plugin, setting it to one of the possible values for MGP option STATUS/61.
2. All remaining calls to the functions sscanf(), strncpy() and strcat(), as well as most calls to strcpy() and sprintf(), have now been replaced by safe and often faster alternatives.
